How can I order?
You can place an order via our webshop.

What are the opening hours?
Our company is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Our customer service can also be reached by telephone during these hours.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping contribution for deliveries within the Netherlands is always 6.75 euros. Shipping costs are higher for shipments abroad.

Does also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe, our products are delivered at home and abroad every day.

What are the payment methods at
You can pay via our webshop by bank transfer, credit card or payment via IDEAL. At our company you can only pay in cash and the correct amount.

What is the delivery time?
In most cases, products that you order before 11 a.m. on a working day and pay for immediately will be shipped the same day. We will keep you informed when delivery will take place. If you order a product in the evening or during the weekend, it will take one working day longer before we ship your package.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my home address?
We ship your package within the Netherlands to the address of your choice. You can indicate during the ordering process if you want it delivered to a different delivery address.

Can I also order by telephone?
Unfortunately it is not possible to order by telephone. You can only order via our webshop environment or by e-mail.
