How can I order?
You can place an order via our webshop.

What are the opening hours?
Our company is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. During these hours, our customer service can also be reached by phone.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping fee for deliveries within the Netherlands is always €7.25. For shipments abroad, the shipping costs are higher.

Does Motorsteunen.nl also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe; our products are delivered domestically and internationally daily.

What are the payment methods at Motorsteunen.nl?
You can pay via our webshop by bank transfer, credit card, or payment via IDEAL|Wero. At our company, you can only pay in cash and with the exact amount.

What is the delivery time?
In most cases, products ordered and paid for immediately before 11:00 AM on a workday are shipped the same day. We will keep you informed about when the delivery will take place. If you order a product in the evening or on the weekend, it will take one extra workday before we ship your package.


Can my order be delivered to an address other than my home address?
We ship your package within the Netherlands to the address of your choice. You can indicate during the ordering process if you would like it delivered to a different delivery address.

Can I also order by phone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone. Orders can only be placed via our webshop or by email.
